Russell reported that they are continuing to work on the draft policy document. Forwarded a proposed policy to the board and feedback is appreciated from the board after reviewing the documents.

Everbank

Stacey has got Russells signature, working on the rest.

DjangoCon Europe 2016

Russell reported that the organisation exists and is looking for a venue.

DjangoCon US 2015

Russell reported that talks are sold out. DEFNA is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Sponsorship is sold out. There is planning for 2016, maybe in North Carolina?

Trademark registration

Andy, no update. The possibility of international registration was discussed.

Jobs board

Russell noted that the actual proposal discussed in the last minute wasn't the one proposed. Doesn't require any action from the board.

Recurring donations

Ola reported that its planning to happen next week. Jannis noted that a blog post might help.

New Business

DjangoGirls

Coventry as part of PyCon UK. Offered $300 USD standard grant. Approved by the board.

Fundraising

Russell is discussing fundraising options with Adrienne Lowe. Has a proposal for how fundraising could be organised. Proposal sent to the board, asking for feedback.

DSF Membership

Currently a fairly restricted list. Suggestion was to open up the membership, similar to how the PSF did. Jannis was generally in favour, with a few bureaucratict issues. Ola felt that there was room for improvement over the PSF model which wasn't ideal. Karen had mixed feelings.

Was suggested that it should be set to the DSF membership for further feedback.
