The e-MDI will be the system used to administer and complete the Middle Years Development Instrument survey. The development should follow an open source model. This would include inline code documentation, comments, unit tests and hosting a revision controlled source code on a service such as Github. We require that the project be developed in an open source language framework such as Ruby on Rails or Django/Python.
