2022 Board elections

Begin planning 2022 elections. Will use Heliosvoting platform

DSF position on in-person events

The board discussed if we are willing to grant for in person events. The determination was with the ever changing landscape we would leave it to organizers to determine the legality/appropriateness of having in-person events.
