DSF Bylaws
Discussed the bylaws and explored ideas for making revisions to the bylaws. Decided to start with the areas bordering on re-election of board members and the length of their terms.
New Member for the Fellowship Committee
Discussed finding a replacement for Aymeric Augustin who just stepped down from his role on the Django Fellowship Committee. We need to replace him proactively so we're ready to jump into action if anything comes up.
Action items
- Will Vincent: To add a note to the grant form on the Django project site that all requests must be submitted a minimum of 8 weeks prior to event date.
