But there’s lots of work to be done. This particular project deals heavily with GPS mapping and datatables. Plenty of Javascipt and Ajax calls. We have consistent, full-time work for at least one developer at the moment. … -

Freelance Developer - legacy odbc sync
Buena Park, California Greetings. We wrote an app for syncing a legacy database. The client stalled, we moved to the next gig, the client called and wants it finished asap, we need some backup to help us get this patched and working. We wrote it from scratch, we will be available and help. We want a long term relationship, but we want you to be freelance at this time. If you want a permanent job we can discuss it after we get over this gig. Do you know Django. Do you know how to form a manual SQL call using the 'odbc' library? That's it. Now this particular app also uses multiprocessing.Process but you don't really need to understand that because it is already written. We need the sync calls to be examined and validated. There is a Purchase Order creator which needs to be finished. The biggest challenge with this app was that the ODBC connector is legacy and sometimes sends garbage, we delt with that and many other issues already. We need a polish on this app right this second. If I personally were to work on the gig, i suggest a week or two. Thus I suggest that you …
