It's just seven weeks to DjangoCon Europe

Tickets sales will close on the 20th April

Final numbers must be confirmed by then, so that's when ticket sales will end. Don't miss out just by being too late.

Your ticket includes everything except the cost of your travel - the conference, all your meals, accommodation for two nights. In the south of France. In May. On our own private island. Beat that!

Website updates

As well as the basic ticket, you can buy tickets for an extra night before or after the conference , which will help long-distance travellers, or just give you a chance to spend an extra night on our island idyll.

Don't forget that the 20th April deadline applies here too.

The conference website's been updated with more travel information and advice, particularly on the question of your trip home. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the organisers directly if you need help with a particular question.

In case you haven't already seen it, the roster of talks is also published.

Tutorials!

There'll be a programme of tutorials at the event. They're all free. They're being held on the first day of the sprints - it's part of the effort to help people find a way into active participation in such events.

In fact, one of the tutorials is aimed specifically at people who would like to take part in sprints, but aren't sure if they have enough experience. There's also a tutorial on test-driven development, and one on django CMS.

If you ever needed a good reason to persuade your employer, your partner or yourself that a DjangoCon would be an excellent learning experience, here it is: programme of tutorials
