DSF Individual membership - call for implementation proposals

The Django Software Foundation Board has agreed on principles and a process for the accession of new Individual Members. The process needs to be implemented in software. The Board is seeking proposals for implementation, to be funded by a budget of between USD$5,000 - USD$8,000.
